You must be registered for Online Banking or the Barclays app to view your statements online.
If you have the Barclays app, you can view your statements by opening ‘More’ on the home page and then ‘Statements and Documents’. You must be 16 or over and have an eligible product or account with us to use the app. If you're aged 11 to 15 years, you can use our version for children. Terms and conditions apply. The app only works with Android 5.0 and above and iOS 11 and above. Your service provider may charge for internet access from your phone. You must be registered for Online Banking or the Barclays app to view your online statements.To do so, tap 'Register' in the top-right-hand corner of pages on Barclays.co.uk. We have automatically uploaded electronic copies of your statements from July 2013. You can search your statement archive by selecting ‘Online Statements’ from the drop-down menu under your name on the Online Banking homepage, then select the relevant account. Your statements will also be in your Barclays Cloud It storage account, which you can get to from the dropdown menu under your name as well. Just look for the 'My Barclays documents' link. If you registered for Online Statements before July 2013, you will be able to view statements from the date you did so. To choose Online Only Statements, log in to Online Banking and go to the dropdown menu under your name in the top right-hand corner of the page. Select ‘Statement and letter preferences’ under the 'My preferences' section. You'll be shown a list of accounts and be able to choose how you want to receive your statements. If you choose to receive statements online only, you’ll no longer get paper versions.
