The Dell Technologies solution engineering team worked in close collaboration with Red Hat to create a list of information required to deploy Telecom Infrastructure Blocks for Red Hat . The information-gathering forms that are given to the customer are called Customer Information Questionnaire (CIQ) files.

Enterprise Project Services (EPS) is the system that Dell Professional Services uses to collect and store customer information. The generated files act as inputs for Telecom Infrastructure Automation Suite to orchestrate deployment workflows. Accurate information is required to ensure a smooth deployment of Telecom Infrastructure Blocks for Red Hat . Customers must provide the information required to set up the infrastructure, management, and workload clouds.
